Prior to launching MS ELearning Consulting, Meredith served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Instructional Design for a startup in Greater Cincinnati. Within the first year, she built one of the top revenue-generating pillars with the largest teams serving clients across industries. Her team focused on working with clients developing content from complex subject matters, including the sciences, tech, and healthcare.

Her company has supported clients through course ideation, needs assessment, content design and development, LMS implementation, and ROI evaluation. Her team of expert designers and developers collaborate closely with SMEs, researchers, scientists, HR teams, and more to develop the most impactful learning product possible.
